Kelley, also known as "Chef Smile", has been working since 1998 to become a skilled Pastry Chef enabling her to provide tasty creative creations that are a unique experience.

          2008- NHRA - Seattle Drag Races: Provided Butterscotch Schanapps Caramel Corn, Double Chocolate Chip Black Walnut cookies and Chocolate dipped Peanut Butter cookies for the Safety Safari team 

2007- Martin Yan of “Yan Can Cook” PBS television series: Food Stylist and Set Assistant for Martin Yan’s latest television series and cookbook “Martin Yan China”.

2007- Sysco Foods Seattle- “A Pirates Treasure of Food":  Cake decorating, education and demo. Check out the Chocolate Treasure Chest creation that she managed to keep safe from the Seattle Sea Fair Pirates. 2006 - Seattle Cookin’: Seattle’s largest food event of the year.

2006 -KCTS Cooks TV program: Appeared on live TV creating her Caramelized Onion and Sage Chicken Roulade with Marsala sauce”. The recipe was published in their 10th Anniversary, KCTS Favorites Cookbook.

2006 - Leukemia Foundation fund raiser / RainCity Cooking School : Created Irish Whiskey truffles and Guinness Truffles for this fund raiser.

2006 - Thomasville Furniture: Guest Chef teaching Easy Entertaining with Chocolate.
